Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to extending the bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 for a period of one month in SC.No. 80/2017 arising out of Cr.No. 201/2016 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram, in the interest of justice. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" Heard both sides.
Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the wife of the petitioner is suffering with uterine bleeding problem and he requires to sell his property to meet the medical expenditure for which his presence is required, his request is considered and the petitioner is granted interim bail for 15 days from 03-01-2018 to 18-01-2018 on the condition of the petitioner executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. On completion of bail period, the petitioner/A.1 shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Rajahmundry before 5:00 P.M., on 18.01.2018.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed."
