CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.2540 of 2017 ORDER: (Per CVNR,J) This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 09.08.2017, in W.A.No.880 of 2017. 2.

In pursuance of the contempt notice issued by this Court, the respondents are personally present before the Court today. They have filed proceedings, vide Ref.100/01/ER-398, dated 12.03.2018, of the respondent-Bank, engaging the petitioner as Peon (sub-staff/house-keeping employee) on temporary basis with a wage at Rs.330/- per day.

Mr.A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that with the issue of the aforesaid proceedings, the order of this Court stood complied with.
