THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.46326 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by order, dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and order, dated 13.04.2017, in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid orders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

Office is directed to append a copy of order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.
