HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13639 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State and perused the impugned order of the lower Court, which no way requires interference in filing the petition for adjournment by absence of accused from which dismissal NBW issued by the Court to secure his presence, but for to say if at all he appears in person and files fresh application for recall of NonBailable Warrant, the learned Magistrate shall consider by allowing the same by imposing penalty for the earlier bond executed, on the same day.
