Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport, appearing for respondents. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in continuing the petitioner's vehicles documents with fake address in spite of petitioners' representations and requests, as illegal and arbitrary. Further it is prayed that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to ply the vehicles by giving fitness till the issue of change of address is finalized by respondent No.3, pending disposal of the writ petition. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in similar circumstances, this Court, vide order dated 06.04.2017 allowed W.P.No.9570 of 2017. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Transport.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.04.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No. 9570 of 2017, directing the respondent - authorities to allow the petitioner forthwith to submit his application through online and process the same, as expeditiously as possible, and complete the testing formalities for fitness certificate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order. It is made clear that if the respondent - authorities intend to take any action against the petitioner for furnishing the alleged fake addresses and getting their vehicles registered, the same would be in accordance with law.
