Radhakrishnan) The writ petitioner has filed this writ appeal seeking relief in relation to disciplinary proceedings, which were initiated against him. With passage of time, the learned Government Pleader for Services-II has placed before us order Rc.No.2902/2018/D&A.3 dated 02.02.2019 of the 2nd respondent and submits that the disciplinary proceedings against the writ petitioner/writ appellant is going on, but however, he has been reinstated.

This submission is recorded and the writ appeal is closed without prejudice. No order as to costs.
