HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46247 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. With their consent the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondent.

2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.11.2018, as arbitrary and illegal. 3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation made to the authorities bringing to their notice the illegal construction made by the unofficial respondent violating the building plan, may be dealt with, in accordance with law.

4) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered, in accordance with law.

5) Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents - authorities to deal with the

representation dated 26.11.2018, made by petitioner, questioning the approval of the building plan in favour of the unofficial respondent in respect of the house bearing Municipal No.16-2-54/G, Akbar Bagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, as early as possible.
