This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article-227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.973 of 2015 pending on his file. On taking the judicial notice of the fact that many older suits, especially suits of the period prior to 2012 are pending and that at the instance of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, a special drive has been undertaken by the High Courts for early disposal of such suits, it is not possible to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit of the petitioner which is only of the year 2015.

For the afore-mentioned reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, CRPP.No.9166 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
