THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN C.R.P.No.6888 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that an application for interim injunction, in which injunction was already granted eight months ago, has not been disposed of.

2. Considering the limited nature of the grievance, the revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the application for injunction preferably within a period of six weeks.
