This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the docket order dated 13.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.133 of 2016 in O.S.No.132 of 2012 by the Senior Civil Judge, Siricilla, whereby the application filed by the revision petitioner/ proposed defendant No.12, to implead him as defendant No.12 in the suit, was dismissed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ proposed defendant No.12, learned counsel for respondent Nos.9 and 14 and perused the record.

The revision petitioner claims to be one of the coparceners and the subject property covered by the suit is ancestral property. Though the revision petitioner contends so, no single document is filed to prove the same. Furthermore, the parties to the litigation are claiming properties on the demise of D.Tirupathi and D.Vasaraiah.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is justified in dismissing the implead application vide impugned order dated 13.11.2018. There is no perversity in the impugned order. The civil revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
