It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.02.12.2016 in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and batch. 3.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is allowed; the impugned memo dt.31.08.2015 issued by the 1st respondent is set aside; and the respondents are directed to renew the Certificate of Practice(Notary) of the petitioner without reference to the same. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
