The case of the petitioner is that her husband was the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.1-87 cents and Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.Nos 337/C and 337/B1A of Dhone Village and Mandal, Kurnool District and after demise of her husband on 09-12-2012, on her application, the 2nd respondent has amended the entries in pattadar passbook. But, the name of petitioner is not mutated in revenue records and not entered online and issued E-Pass Book. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 29-09-2018 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A,

in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-12-2018 Nvl
