HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 6 4 2 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The simple grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in passing Orders on the applications dated 12.06.2017, 19.07.2017, 05.12.2017, 01.11.2018 and 05.12.2018. According to the petitioners, they submitted the said applications to the 3rd respondent for issuance of Caste Certificates in their favour. The grievance of the petitioners is that despite the receipt of above said applications, no action has been taken so far by the respondents herein.

Since the same is only grievance of the petitioners herein, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 3rd respondent herein to verify the applications said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein on 12.06.2017, 19.07.2017, 05.12.2017, 01.11.2018 and 05.12.2018 and to take appropriate action/ pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
