The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that without following the provisions the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the respondents are trying acquire their lands in question situated at Siddapuram hamlet and trying to dispossess them. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. 3.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioners is only noncompliance of the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013, in acquiring their lands in question, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their lands in question, without following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
