The writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in considering the application dated 24-10-2018 of the petitioner for mutation of his name in revenue records in respect of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1-29 guntas in Sy.No.476/AA of Vattinagulapalli Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and to issue pattadar passbook and title deed, having acquired the subject land from his mother.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make necessary application under form VI-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act").

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make necessary application under form VI-A of the Act. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application under Form VI-A of the Act and on such application, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
