ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quash of the proceedings in C.C.No.756 of 2014 on the file of Vl Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad registered against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 353, 382, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the lndian Penal Code.

Learned counset for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the trial has already commenced before the trial Court. 3.
One of the main grounds on which the petitioner has filed this ' Criminal Petition for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.756 of 2014 is that cognizance of the case against the petitioner was taken beyond the period of limitation. During the course of submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petition may be disposed of with a liberty to take all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial Court during the course of trial. 4.
Considering the circumstances explained by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned Assistant Public
Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is closed at this stage with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions taken by her before this Court, including limitation aspect before the trial Court. Further, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, as the petitioner appears to be a practicing Advocate and also a Corporator, however, the trial Court is at liberty to direct the petitioner to be present before the trial Court as and when required during the course of the trial.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
