THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46665 of 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 4th respondent is not considering their Application No. E-Pass 9554 dated 08.09.2018 for issuance of E-Pass book in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.1.30 cents out of Acs.2.60 cents in Survey No. 433-5A, 433-7A, 435-1A and an extent of Acs.2.00 in Survey No. 433-7A and 433-7B of Hindupuram Village & Mandal of Anantapuramu District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). Since the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is limited, without going deep into the merits of the matter, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the Application, as noted above, of the petitioners, in accordance with law and pass necessary orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition with this order, stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
