HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40337 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that they have applied for survey and demarcation of the land claimed by them to respondent No.2 on 05.10.2017, by paying the requisite fee and that respondent No.2 is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for respondents states that respondent No.2 will conduct the survey and demarcate the land, as sought by the petitioners, within two months.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to act on the petitioners' application dt 05.10.2017 for survey and demarcation of the land claimed by them within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
