Petitioner had made an application on 04-11-2017 in A.P. Online for F-line Petitions/sub-division and contends that 5th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that 5th respondent will conduct survey of the lands as sought by petitioner after giving notice to all affected parties within six (06) weeks.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to conduct survey of lands sought by petitioner after giving notice to all affected parties, within six (06) weeks. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
