The case of the petitioner is that he filed applications on 23-03-2018 and 23-04-2018 for mutation of his name and issuance of pattadar passbooks and pahanies in respect of subject land having acquired the same from his mother. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make necessary application under form VI-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act").

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make necessary application under form VI-A of the Act. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application under Form VI-A of the Act along with necessary documents in respect of subject land and on such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
