This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina.l Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.9O2 of 2018, dated 07.11.2O1a on the file of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad at Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 417 and 42O of Indian Penal Code (for short'I.P.C).

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.
As seen from the record, this petition was filed questioning registration of Crime in the year 2018. No interim orders were passed by this court, stalling investigation. The status of investigation is not known. 4.
I do not find any reason to keep this criminal petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, in case cause survrves.
