HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40321 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner made a representation on 14.12.2016 to respondent No.2, claiming that she was widow of a freedom fighter, to grant house site to her of an extent of 300 square yards in Hanumkonda Mandal, Warangal District as per G.O.Ms.No.185 dt 11.3.1997. Petitioner contends that, respondent No.2 is not passing any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.2 would consider the said representation of petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt 14.12.2016 for grant of house site to her within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
