Heard Mr.K.Raghuveer Reddy, counsel for petitioner and Mr.G.Vishweshwar Reddy, Standing counsel for respondent.

The counsel for respondent places on record the proceedings dated 19.01.2018 evidencing compliance of the order against which disobedience is complained in the contempt case.

Mr.Raghuveer Reddy submits that the order is substantially complied with and he is not pressing the contempt case.

Contempt case is closed, accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
