Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Assignment, for respondents.

Counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.17.08.2012 in WP.No.25402 of 2012 wherein the land which is subject matter of the present Writ Petition was also the subject matter.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the Writ Petition is also allowed and a direction is given to the respondents that if the petitioner presents any document for sale of land in question, the respondents will receive and process the same in accordance with the provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1898 and Registration Act, 1908 without reference to the fact that the land was originally an assigned land in view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Sub-Registrar, Srikalahasti, Chittoor District and another v. K. Guravaiah and another1. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
