THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.40993 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed complaining against the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in allowing the 3rd respondent-M/s.Mahaveer Associates, which is the neighbour of the petitioner, to make unauthorised and illegal constructions causing hardship to the petitioner, despite representations, dated 17.01.2017, 27.02.2017 and 18.09.2017 of the petitioner complaining against such unauthorised and illegal constructions being made by the 3rd respondent. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the afore-stated representations of the petitioner are considered and disposed of in accordance with the procedure established by law, the ends of justice would be met and the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed. Learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents 1 & 2 endorses the said submission.
Recording the afore-stated submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 17.01.2017, 27.02.2017 and 18.09.2017, of the petitioner, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter.
