Dyumani, learned counsel for the Andhra Bank, respondent herein, informs this Court that the petitioner did not even comply with the conditional order dated 28.01.2019 passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 28.01.2019 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
