When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel representing the 4th respondent temple would submit that the auction, as scheduled, was held and that in the said auction, the petitioners became the highest bidders in respect of their respective lands.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, the Writ Petition may be closed. Having regard to the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
