The writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in considering the application dated 21-03-2018 of the petitioner for mutation of her name online in respect of agricultural land of an extent of Ac.0-93 cents in Patta No.85 and Ac.2-08 cents in Patta No.152 of Chodavaram Village, Yetapaka Mandal, East Godavari District and correction of entries in patta No.90 of Rayanapeta Village, Yetapaka Mandal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the application filed by the petitioner is not in format and she has to make necessary application under form VI-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act").

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make necessary application under form VI-A of the Act. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application under Form VI-A of the Act along with necessary documents in respect of subject lands and on such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
