Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner has filed an application on 19-08-2017 in Form VI-A under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971 before 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent is not taking action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will decide the said application within six weeks, after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to decide the said application within six weeks, after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
