ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners Sri P.V.L. Bhanu Prakash, learned standing counsel Sri R.Vinod Reddy for respondents 1 to 4, and learned standing counsel Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy for respondent no.5.

It is stated by both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by order dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. 3.

Accordingly for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioners on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation which is pending before it arising out of judgment dated 12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
