UMA DEVI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.6788 of 2017 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri A.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the civil revision petition has become infructuous by virtue of the invocation of the bank guarantees and therefore liberty may be granted to the petitioner to work out its remedies in accordance with law. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
