Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, before admission. 2.

In fact, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Magistrate in release of the vehicle for the interim custody, subject to the production of original Registration Certificate (RC), but for if at all from the RC stated pending in XV Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal to seek, for substitution from that Court where it is deposited the certified copy and with endorsement, if any, on the original RC of case pending, and to produce or to cause transmit from that Court to VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, for its production therefrom.
