HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.46364 OF 2018 ORDER : (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) Learned Public Prosecutor submits in answer to the writ petition filed for Habeas Corpus that the alleged detenu has been arrested this morning i.e., 20.12.2018 in connection with Crime No.123 of 2018 of Adoni I Town Police Station, Adoni, Kurnool District, under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and he is being produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate in the course of the day.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is closed without prejudice to the proceedings before other jurisdictions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
