2. Heard Mr. T. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even according to the petitioner, the auction was held on 12.12.2018. We do not know, who turned out to be the highest bidder and whether the bid amount was accepted or not.

4. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal with full details, the writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
