When the matter had come up on 03.08.2017, none appeared for the petitioner, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
