HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 46369 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not initiating any action against the respondents 3 to 5. who are constructing the building in respect of land admeasuring 400 square yards in Sy.No.178/ 1 situated at Pragnapur Village, Gajwel Mandal, Medak District, without there being any permission, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 22.11.2018. It is his case that though an application was made on 22.11.2018, till date no action is taken. 3) Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 22.11.2018, in accordance with law,

as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
