It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.4-12 cents situated in Sy.No.361/2A1 of Antharvedi Village, Sakhinetipalli Mandal, East Godavari District. One Venkata Sri Ram Murthy is the owner of the subject property and alienated the same in favour of the petitioner by registered sale deed dated 03-03-2017 vide document No.528/2017 and on 23-11-2017 vide document No.5898/2017 respectively. The name of Venkata Sri Ram Murthy was mutated in all revenue records and pattadar passbook was also issued in his favour. On the application of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent issued pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of two acres of land. The petitioner made an application on 11-12-2017 to mutate his name in respect of remaining extent of land i.e. Ac.2-12 cents. As no action has been taken, aggrieved by the same the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11-12-2017 in accordance with law and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
