This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., questioning the inaction of the I Additional Munsif Magistrate, Tenali in C.F.R.No.5057 of 2016 alleging that the complaint was filed on 29.08.2016 and till today no action was taken by the Magistrate either to take on file or to reject the same on any grounds. Keeping the matter pending for such a long time i.e. one year is nothing but inaction on the part of the Magistrate. Therefore, the I Additional Munsif Magistrate, Tenali is directed to pass appropriate orders in C.F.R.No.5057 of 2016 within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
