HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.46472 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting survey and demarcating the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Survey No.1117/2A, situated in Bandravalle, Ramkuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, by considering the Meeseva application, dated 09.02.2018 and the representation, dated 30.11.2018, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey for the aforesaid land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and demarcating the aforesaid land though he made an application through Meeseva on 09.02.2018 and also the representation on 30.11.2018. 4.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2018, for survey and demarcation of the aforesaid land, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.
