HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13689 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, without need of impleading and hearing the de facto complainant, the criminal petition can be disposed of, as only prayer is for expeditious disposal of the case. Thereby, the learned trial Magistrate, if charges framed take up trial of the matter and complete preferably within five months. It is made clear that if charges so far not framed any application for discharge filed or any contentions raised to hear and pass appropriate orders within one month.
