THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13693 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is A.6 in Cr.No.7 of 2017 of Badvel (U) Police Station, Badvel, YSR District, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.147,148, 452, 307, 354 and 420 read with 34 IPC and Sec.156(3) CrPC, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

The petitioner and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.1 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ A.6 in Cr.No.7 of 2017 of Badvel (U) Police Station, Badvel, YSR District. The petitioner/ A.6 is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
