THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43054 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the fourth respondent, dated 04.04.2017 holding that the fifth respondent herein is entitled to get protection under sub-section (5) of Section 3 of the Telangana Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and the petitioner has no right to seek restoration of land. Against the said order, this Court finds that there is a provision for Appeal to the appellate Authority and in view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy.
