Heard Mr.Koka Satyanarayana Rao, counsel for petitioner.

No representation for respondents.

Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for some time and taking note of the view this Court is proposing to take i.e., the remedy of appeal can be availed against the orders impugned in the Writ Petition, seeks four weeks time from today to file appeal before Industrial Tribunal (Central) and to protect the interest of petitioner in the meantime prays for stay of any coercive steps. The Writ Petition is disposed of by granting four weeks time from today for filing appeal before the Industrial Tribunal (Central). The 2nd respondent is directed not to take coercive steps, during the four weeks time granted by this Court, pursuant to the impugned order in GR/VSP /7032/PDCell-51/2017/4137&4138 dated 01.12.2016. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
