THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.41897 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 for not disposing the petitions i.e. I.A.s (5) Nos. filed by the petitioner with the following prayer i.e. a) To direct the District Panchayat Officer and other authority not to sanction, b) Direct the respondent not to proceed illegal construction, c) Not to alienate the property, d) LR application under order 22 rule 3, e) Impleading petition, f) Police Protection with regard to the Land and Survey No.132, 133 and 508 total admeasuring Ac.23.07 guntas situated at B.Pochampally village, Yadadri Mandal, Telangana State, in pursuance of orders passed in WP No.

20297 of 2017 dt: 22-6-2017 and consequently a) Direct the respondents No.6 and 8 to consider the objection dt: 11-10-2017 with regard to illegal construction and layout obtaining from respondents No.9 to 10. b) Direct the respondent not to proceed with illegal construction and changing the nature of the property in pursuance orders passed by Hon'ble Joint Collector in File No.F2/63/JC/TA/8/ 1998, dt: 23-3-2010.

c) And declare the action of the respondent is totally illegal arbitrary against the Principles of Natural Justice and also against the provisions of A.P. (TA) Tenancy and Agricultural Land and also violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interests of justice.'

Apart from the fact that the prayer does not even lend itself to any clear meaning, it is not open to the petitioner to club so many different prayers together and seek relief in a single writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed on this short ground leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law in relation to each of his grievances by way of separate proceedings.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
