Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition to declare the action of 2nd respondent in not deciding the Revision Petition, filed by them against the proceedings of 3rd respondent dt.03-07-2016 in issuing assignment pattas in favour of respondent Nos.4 to 6, alleging that the very assignment is contrary to the provisions of the Board of Revenue Standing Order 15.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 2nd respondent will decide the said Revision within one month after giving notice to respondents Nos.4 to 6 and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the said Revision within one month after giving notice to respondents Nos.4 to 6 and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.
