When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents, by way of filing a Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.04.2019, entered into between the writ petitioner and respondent No.4, submits that the parties have settled the matter out of Court, therefore, the writ petition may be closed in view of the compromise. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed and consequently, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, out of Court. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.04.2019 shall form part of the order and record. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
