THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2538 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned Standing counsel places on record proceedings dated 05.12.2017 evidencing administrative sanction for complying with the Court direction. Counsel for petitioner submits that though proceedings are issued, the amount is not paid. This Court does not want to get into this aspect of the matter and keep the contempt case pending.

Contempt case is closed accordingly. It is needless to observe that the respondents take all steps as are required for comprehensively complying with the Court direction within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the respondents do not take steps, petitioner is given liberty to file a petition for recalling this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
