Petition filed under Section 439 (1)(b) r/w. Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition "to appear before the Station House Officer, thrice in a week on every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday between 8.00 am to 10.00 am for a period of three months or till the filing of charge sheet, whichever earlier", in the order dt. 31-10-2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 3129 of 2017 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad I the interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mohammed Aslam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor(AP) on behalf of RespondentState, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the conditions imposed by the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.3129 of 2017, dated 31.10.2017.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. By the impugned order, the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate granted bail by imposing certain conditions, including that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned thrice in a week on every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday between 08.00 AM and 11:00 AM.

4. The said condition was imposed on 31.10.2017. The petitioner has been complying with the conditions since then and there is no adverse report from the Public Prosecutor.

Considering the above, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned thrice in a week on every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday between 08.00 AM and 11:00 AM.
