THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40789 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. The petitioner was initially appointed as an Assistant Professor in Orthopedics in September, 1998, and promoted as Associate Professor on 27.07.2012. Thereafter he was promoted as Professor of Orthopedics and was given posting orders on 24.09.2016 allotting to Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. He submitted his joining report also. But, he was asked to work in the Chest Hospital, Yerragadda, Hyderabad, as previous incumbent in the Osmania General Hospital Dr.D.S.Ramanath submitted a representation to continue in the Osmania General Hospital. The petitioner now states that there is a vacancy in the Osmania General Hospital and his case can be considered for posting in the Osmania General Hospital as he is a specialist in the trauma care and joint replacements. In that connection he submitted a representation on 10.11.2017 and without giving sufficient time to the authorities, he approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

The petitioner states that he approached this Court immediately in view of the efforts being made by another doctor working in Nizamabad.

In the circumstances, this Court thinks it proper to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 10.11.2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon by taking the overall circumstances into consideration, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 04.12.2017 Note: Issue C.C in three days.
