This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to C.C.No.240 of 2017 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gadwal (presently known as Jogulamba Gadwal District), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that Court below after fullfledged trial, acquitted the petitioners for the aforesaid charges and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
